Welcome to Mid-Prarie Body Centre
 Mid-Prarie started in 1983 as a speciality fiberglass shop known as Gord's Fiberglass. We have expanded from fiberglass manufacturing all the way into manufacturing aluminum body fire trucks.
We changed our name in 1990 to reflect our growing services and our growing regional and Western Canadian marketing territory.
In the fall of 2001 we finished an expansion to our facility, we now have approx. 9000 sq ft of heated work area and 4000 sq ft of cold warehouse and storage.
We continue to repair and manufacture fiberglass products. We have a Venus fiberglass chopper and a glass craft gelcoat system. Using similar equipment to the original manufacture makes repairs easier.
We also make our own molds!
 We are SGI accredited giving you the confidence in our automotive and heavy truck repair capability.
We manufacture aluminum body fire trucks, the spin off of this segment of our business has given us the inventory and expertise in repairing other aluminum vehicle or components such as service bodies and ambulances.
Because of our fire truck business, body transfers and retrofit are common to us. We have floor hoists positioned for this kind of thing.
